Doing a Push Up the Right Way
There are so many ways to do a push up and finding the right way to do it can definitely be awesome.
Tracey and Krista have been working on and have been wanting to talk about is. This stems from the fact that push ups are often hard to do especially for women and some modifications have to be made.
First off, Krista shows three bad push up examples that lead to bad form and other mistakes most people make when performing this exercise. Tracey then shows a step-by-step guide on how to do it right. This starts with the hand position (which should be likened to a position when you shove somebody) which will help you gain push up strength.
You can also use a box to elevate your body and maintain the right body form. In fact, if regular push ups is taking a toll on your body and form, use the box to complete your reps perfectly.
