You start in a squat position with your baby on your lap, holding both of his/her hands gently and trying to relax and connect with your inner core. Then, you have to do the proper breathing exercise, like in other strength and low-intensity exercises, to release tension. The exercise involves several figures using the baby for stretching and muscle training.
